Today I'm linking up for 'Pit & Peak'



I know it says vlog edition, and I'm not vlogging this week - oops.

It's pretty simple - the Peak & Peak of the week are the highest and lowest parts of the week. This week I'm just going to do ONE Pit and ONE Peak.

Pit

I basically couldn't move on Thursday.
(But it's not too much of a Pit because I was sore from a good work out the day before. No Pain - No Gain, right?)

Peak

Getting my hair and eyebrows done at the Salon & Spa yesterday... Followed by shopping for new clothes.
(Sometimes it's fun to be a girl)

Also, it's Friday - so that means I have to link-up with my homegirl, Whitney for #backthatazzup !



I've had 'Get Low' stuck in my head for days, so this is happening right now.
From the window, to the wall..
